This homemade onion soup mix is a quick, from-scratch seasoning made with simple pantry ingredients. It’s an easy substitute for store-bought mixes and works perfectly for soups, dips, roasts, and everyday cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Dried onion flakes
  • 3 tbsp Ground beef bouillon
  • 1 tbsp Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt Fine

Method
 

  1. Combine the onion flakes, beef bouillon, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl and store in an air tight container.
