Method
- Fry bacon in a large skillet on low to medium heat, flipping as needed until cooked but not burned.
- Spread desired amount of mayonnaise or aioli on both slices of bread.
- Put two bread-sided pieces of lettuce on each sandwich.
- Put two tomato slices on each sandwich.
- Set 2-3 pieces of bacon on the sandwiches and layer a piece of cheese on top.
- Spread two slices of avocado into the mayonnaise on the other piece of bread.
- Build the sandwich and slice it in half.
- Serve with chips!
