Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 loaf Sourdough bread At least 16 slices
  • 2 Large tomatoes Sliced
  • 1 Head of lettuce
  • Havarti cheese
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Garlic Aioli

Method
 

  1. Fry bacon in a large skillet on low to medium heat, flipping as needed until cooked but not burned.
  2. Spread desired amount of mayonnaise or aioli on both slices of bread.
  3. Put two bread-sided pieces of lettuce on each sandwich.
  4. Put two tomato slices on each sandwich.
  5. Set 2-3 pieces of bacon on the sandwiches and layer a piece of cheese on top.
  6. Spread two slices of avocado into the mayonnaise on the other piece of bread.
  7. Build the sandwich and slice it in half.
  8. Serve with chips!
