- Cook crumbled sausage in a Dutch oven over medium heat
- Remove the sausage from the Dutch oven
- Melt butter in the Dutch oven, and then add onions cooking until translucent
- Add garlic, cook for another minute
- Add the sausage back in along with potatoes and add chicken stock
- Bring to a boil covered until potatoes are soft but not fully cooked yet
- Stir in cream, kale, parmesan, and salt, and pepper
- Cook for 5-10 minutes on simmer.
- Top with parmesan and bacon
- Serve with your favorite bread or rolls
