Method
- Portion sausage into 6 equal parts and press into patties.
- Cook patties on medium-low heat, flipping once or twice until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165℉.
- Turn off the heat and put a slice of cheese on each patty. Cover with a lid or tin foil to allow the cheese to melt.
- Put mayonnaise and mustard on each bun.
- Put a patty on the bottom of each side of each bun, and then top the patty with a thick slice of tomato and the top of the bun.
