Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 lbs Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 Brioche buns
  • 1/4 cup Stone ground mustard
  • 1 Tomato Large

Method
 

  1. Portion sausage into 6 equal parts and press into patties.
  2. Cook patties on medium-low heat, flipping once or twice until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165℉.
  3. Turn off the heat and put a slice of cheese on each patty. Cover with a lid or tin foil to allow the cheese to melt.
  4. Put mayonnaise and mustard on each bun.
  5. Put a patty on the bottom of each side of each bun, and then top the patty with a thick slice of tomato and the top of the bun.
