  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Home-rendered lard
  • 2-4 tbsp Cold water

  1. Stir together the flour, salt and mix in lard until you have a crumbly mixture
  2. Add just enough water to make a dough. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 mins
  3. Roll crust and poke bottom with a fork
  4. Bake for 15 minutes for pre-bake
