Family Pork Pack

Our homegrown pork, raised on a NON-GMO diet and sourced from heritage breeds, is a truly special treat. It embodies the essence of sustainable farming and offers a unique flavor profile that sets it apart from conventionally raised pork.

Quarter Hog Boxes are approximately 40 lbs. of wrapped frozen packages containing:

• 2 (4 piece) packs of pork chops
• 1 loin roast
• 2 shoulder roasts
• 1 smoked ham
• 1 ham hock
• 1 pack of ribs
• 3 packages of bacon
• 2 packages of breakfast sausage
• 2 packages of sweet Italian sausage
• 2 packages plain ground
• 1 bag of lard fat
